Return & Cancellation Policy - Unknown Cards LLC

Due to the nature of sealed TCG products, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Cancellations:
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing fees. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

To request a cancellation, please email support@unknowncardsllc.com with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #...".
